ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿAmr narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Fasting three days of every month is like fasting for a lifetime.” [1]Bukhari & Muslim

The reward multiplied tenfold

The Prophet ﷺ explained: “Every good deed is rewarded tenfold. So fasting three days per month is like fasting for a lifetime.” [2]Muslim

The White Days mentioned explicitly

Abū Dharr narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: “The Messenger of Allah commanded us to fast three days: the White Days — the 13th, 14th, and 15th.” [3]al-Nasā’ī, Ibn Mājah

The advice to Abū al-Dardāʾ and Abū Hurayrah
